We at www.fittie.co.ke strive to enrich the lives of our customers through technology. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will help you with a replacement or return.
The following is a guide on how to return purchased merchandise and steps to follow to apply for a refund.
What can I return?
You can initiate a return on delivery of the product if:
You receive a wrong item i.e. wrong colour or size.
You receive a damaged/defective item.
You receive a counterfeit product.
You receive an unsealed item for phones and tablets.
**Note-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item?
Fill in the return request on your dashboard or give us a call.
How long will I be allowed to initiate a return?
You can initiate a return on delivery of the product for personalized orders. This applies if the above occurs, refer to “What can I return”.
For mobile phones, laptops, fridges, microwaves, and freezers you will be allowed to initiate a return within 72 hours.
For clothes and shoes, you will be allowed to initiate a return within 24hours. They will not be accepted if washed.
How long will it take to return an item and get my refund?
Once a return is initiated, it will take a total of 48 hours.
Can I return a product after the stated return timeline?
You will not be able to initiate a return after the stipulated time. Please, read on “How long will I be allowed to initiate a return”.
How will I know the status of my return
You will be notified via email.
Why was my item redelivered instead of receiving a refund?
We will redeliver your ordered items if we cannot verify your reason for returning it.
Do I have to pay for shipping fees when I return a product?
No charges for shipping a product back to us.
